SENADA MAKSUMIC

- OWNER -

Starting as an English translator for the Bosnian community after arriving in the U.S., Senada spent nearly 20 years at World Relief, where she served as both a translator and case manager for new refugees. After the organization closed, she continued independently as a trusted resource for immigration and translation services. Today, she is a licensed health, life, and Medicare insurance broker with over 15 years of experience assisting with Medicaid, DFCS, and retirement planning. She also serves as an official notary public and is available to help with a wide range of related needs.

ELMA MAKSUMIC

- CO-OWNER -

While in college, Elma worked as a restaurant manager for 5 years and gained experience in business management and customer service. She graduated from Kennesaw State University with a B.S. degree in Economics. Elma used all her business knowledge and skills to join forces with her mom and open up their own agency. Just like Senada, she is a professionally licensed Health insurance, Life insurance, and Medicare broker, and also an official Notary Public.

MIRSADA MUSTAFIC

- ADMINISTRATIVE ASSISTANT -

Mirsada plays a key role in keeping everything organized and running smoothly behind the scenes. She manages schedules, coordinates appointments, handles calls and emails, and keeps important documents and records in order. Supporting daily operations and assisting both the team and clients, she helps ensure clear communication, efficiency, and a seamless experience across the business.
